cast steel shot has a unique bainite microstructure. It's lower carbon and higher manganese chemical composition results in a product that has longer life.

               SAE J827 cast steel shot

               YB/T 5149-1993 cast steel shot

               ISO11124-3 High carbon cast steel shot and grit

 

Hardness:  40-50 HRC (The hardness of steel shot can be ajusted              

                       according to the client's requirements.)

 

Microstructrue:  Homogeneous tempered Martensite or toostite

 

External Form: Round or similar round. The rate of deformity < 10%
